How to make Salted Caramel Bliss in 10 mins

Honestly – these are my favorite dessert after iftar right now.
My mum’s Salted Caramel Bliss Balls take 10 minutes to whip up and are soooo good. They really do taste like caramel!

12 Bliss Balls

Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup of peeled almonds
    • 1 cup of pitted dates - I used organic dates from @organicandreal
    • 1/4 of shredded coconut
    • 1/2 teaspoon of coarse salt (Himalayan is the best)
    • 10 pieces of Britannia Marie Gold Petit Beurre biscuits - best ones for cooking and baking with!
    • 1 tablespoon of milk - I use oats milk Further coconut for coating

Instructions

      • Combine peeled almonds, pitted dates, shredded coconut and coarse salt.
      • Blend the above together in the mixer for 10 seconds.
      • Check the consistency it need to be nice & coarse.
      • Add the secret ingredient 10 pieces of Brittanina Marie Gold Petit Beurre biscuits with the mix.
      • Add 1 tablespoon of milk.
      • Blend Further until the biscuits are crushed.
      • Take out the mixture in a plate.
      • Roll the mixture into small balls and place them into the deep bowl of shredded coconut.
      • Repeat until the mixture is finished.
      • For better results, place in the fridge for 1 hour to set.
      • And voila the yummiest salted caramel Bliss Ball is ready!
